Not much of a genealogy day, but a decent family history day. Didn't get enough sleep, and drowsy and tired all day.
* Dropped Linda at the Y, home to read, add to the Best Of post, and noted that Surname Saturday -- LNU (Anne, wife of Henry Collins, England to colonial Massachusetts) posted.
* Picked her up at 9:05 and home to gather stuff, and left at 9:40 a.m. for Huntington Beach. Had lunch at In 'n' Out in Carlsbad, and got to Tami's at 12:15 p.m. Light traffic, no stopping, no weather problems. They had their tree up, the house was decorated beautifully, and Audrey worked on the outdoor lights.
* Talked to Tami, James and the kids, watched football, I took a short couch nap, Linda opened her birthday gifts, and we had Thanksgiving dinner. We left at 6:10 p.m., no photos, everyone tired. Drove straight through, light traffic, no stopping, got home at 7:40 p.m.
* Online to read, noted that Saturday Night Genealogy Fun -- What Should Genea-Santa Bring You? and Added and Updated Record Collections at FamilySearch.org - Week of 24 to 30 November 2019 posted, and listened to the Aztecs game (they won). Added to the Best Of post, TreeShared 88 profiles, checked Facebook, and wrote this post. Genealogy this day was 3.0 hours.

Genea-Journal - Wednesday, 27 November 2019
'Twas the night before Thanksgiving, and it was raining cats and dogs, when all of a sudden the TV went off, and the Internet too, but the lights stayed on (thank goodness). Linda had to go to bed early without the TV, but I worked in RootsMagic on a project so didn't lose much time.
* Dropped Linda at the Y, home to read, added to the Best Of post, and noted that Our Family in Summer 1995 -- Post 593 of (Not So) Wordless Wednesday posted.
* Picked her up and we went to the 99 Cent store for canned goods, and were home by 10 a.m. I read a bit online, then lay down for an eyerest, and up at 11 a.m. to eat lunch, gather my laptop and showntell item, and off to the CVGS meeting at the library.
* Got setup with the photos of the show 'n' tell items, and the meeting started at 12:10 or so. Done by 1:30, and went to the tire store to see why my low tire pressure light was on. They said it was because the weather has been cool, and jacked up the pressure on all four tires. Free.
* Home by 2:30 p.m. to read, wrote RootsMagic 8 News - To Be Released in 2020?, then checked Twitter and Facebook. It started raining but stopped after 7 p.m.
* Messed around in RootsMagic and on Ancestry with the Italian families and added some content and sources to the database.
* Went in at 5:15 p.m. for dinner, watched TV news, read the paper and washed dishes.
* Online at 6:15 p.m. to write the two Thursday posts, and then the TV and Internet got sporadic. I couldn't post to Facebook, but could use email, Feedly, Ancestry, etc. I got the RootsMagic profile for the 52 Ancestors post finished.
* Added to the Best Of post, answered email, and wrote this post. Genealogy today was 9.0 hours.

Genea-Journal - Monday, 18 November 2019
This was another warm day (over 90F) and after I got home from capturing Linda I didn't go out again. It may rain on Tuesday! Cool! Maybe the cars will get washed if it rains hard enough.
* Dropped Linda at the Y, home to read email and blogs, added to the Best Of post, and noted that Amanuensis Monday -- 1787 Deed of Clark Stone Selling Land to Simon Gates in Worcester County, Massachusetts posted.
* Picked her up and home by 9 a.m. Got into Mondays With Myrt late and was an opinionated commentator.
* After the webinar, added to the Best Of post, answered email, and looked for new DNA results on AncestryDNA. They changed the match headings - no counts any more! Drat. Called thep lumber and appointment is Tuesday.
* Took my nap, had lunch, and wrote Monday Genea-Pourri - Week Ending 17 November 2019.
* Looked my Ancestry Photo Hints, and found one from another researcher's tree for my grandsons Italian ancestor - church records from the 1800s. The tree had many more, and I captured about 10 images and added about 12 people to my RootsMagic tree based on the records. I extended the boys ancestry in this one little town in Italy back to some 6th great-grandparents on one line. Messaged the guy with the Ancestry tree to thank him!
* Checked Twitter and Facebook, and bragged about the Italy finds.
* Went in at 5:10 p.m. to cook dinner, then watched the Chargers game. Same old story - get ahead, get behind, try to catch up, almost make it, and fail. Now 4-7 and the season is lost. KC beat Chargers 24-17.
* Online at 8:40 to write the Tuesday's Tip post, check email and blogs and Facebook, and wrote this post. Genealogy today was 8.5 hours.

Genea-Journal - Sunday, 17 November 2019
This was a pretty lazy day in front of the TV. I didn't get any research done, and very little else genealogy-wise. Ready for the plumber on Monday.
* Read email and blogs, then wrote the Amanuensis Monday post. We left for church at 9:40 and went to the store afterwards and home by 11:50 a.m. Got the stuff under the kitchen sink boxed up and hidden away, and made some tests on the sink. I think the problem is the connection of the disposal to the pipe to the wall.
* Watched football, had lunch, tried to doze, read the paper. Went in for awhile to read blogs, and noted that Added and Updated Ancestry.com Record Collections - Week of 10 to 16 November 2019 and Best of the Genea-Blogs - Week of 10 to 16 November 2019 posted.
* Back to the TV to watch the afternoon game. Dozed a bit. We left at 4:45 p.m. for dinner at In 'n' Out and Linda almost fell coming out - hit her head on the door. She seems OK.
* Home by 6 p.m. to watch the next game, but online at 6:30 p.m. to answer email, read blogs, and TreeShared RootsMagic profiles to Ancestry. This went real slow again tonight - two hours to do 120 of them. Read Facebook and Twitter and blogs while waiting on RM to work.
* Added to the Best Of post and wrote this post. Genealogy today was 4.0 hours.
