Genea- Journal - Thursday, 30 July 2020

This was a frustrating day, at least in the morning.  Last night, I used the "new" Blogger edit screen to write my journal post.  This morning, I added a post to the Best Of post using "new" Blogger.  When I saw the journal post in Feedly, it did not have all of what I wrote.  When I opened the Best Of post again, the 10 lines I already had were missing.  Worked for over an hour trying to add what was missing without success.  Wrote a nastygram to Blogger in Feedback for the "new" Blogger...and also on Facebook.  Finally went back to the "old" Blogger edit and added what was removed.  Hopefully, they fix it.  If they don't I won't do curation posts until they do.

*  Read email and blogs, and noted that Treasure Chest Thursday -- 1686 Marriage of Marie Wight and Joseph Clark in Medfield, Massachusetts posted.  Worked on the Blogger problem for two hours.  Had to go back through Feedly to find what was removed.

*  Wrote Dipping Into Denmark Church Records: 1892 Confirmation of Johanne Magrethe Stenger in Skærbæk, Tønder, Denmark.  Laid down to nap but didn't.  Had lunch.

*  Wrote Seavers in The News - Augustus Seaver Dies in 1938 in Boston,  Added to the Best Of post.  Checked Twitter and Facebook.  Finished counting my DNA mtches.

*  Worked on the 52 Ancestors profile and downloaded another probate file.  Added to the Best Of post.

*  Went in at 5:30 for dinner, watched TV, then online to resolve about 180 Ancestry Hints.
