Randy's Genealogy Day - 9 April 2010

Completed another major task today - the CVGS Newsletter.

* Read email and blogs, then wrote and posted The Ancestor Approved Award.

* Got cleaned up, checked for new online databases looking for blog fodder, found very little! Ate lunch, left at 11:45 a.m. for walk on the bayfront with George, was home by 1 p.m.

* Watched Padres-Rockies game on TV, took a nap, read the paper, finished the JDRobb book. Pads lost 7-0 (now 1-3 on season). Argggh.

* Back on computer at 3:30, wrote and posted NGS Magazine - January-March 2010 Issue. Burned down my email Inbox by answering genealogy messages from March. Stopped at 5:30 p.m. to watch TV news and have dinner.

* After dinner, read everything, then worked on CVGS Newsletter, juggling material to fit in space available.

* At 9:30, went to Facebook to caption Australia photos, and tried to add New Zealand photos but failed. Drat! Wrote this post.

Genealogy today was 8.0 hours - 1.0 hour doing email, 0.5 hour reading blogs, 1.0 hour in online databases, 1.5 hours writing blog posts, 3.0 hours on CVGS Newsletter, and 1.0 hour on Facebook/Twitter.
