Genea-Journal - Saturday, 13 April 2019

This day had more genealogy than the usual Saturday.  The tax checks got mailed off too.

*  Dropped Linda at the Y, then home to read email and blogs, add to the Best Of post, and note that   Surname Saturday - DEWEY (England to colonial Massachusetts) posted.

*  Picked her up at 9 a.m. and we were home by 9:15.  Worked on email for a bit and realized I was going to go to the SDGS meeting, so I left at 9:35 a.m.

*  Got there right at 10 and the meeting had started.  Sat in the back with the handouts and the screen was pretty far away.  Kristi Sexton talked about cemetery records and Find a Grave.  Had some snacks at the break, and was tired, so came home - got here about 11:40 a.m.

*  Read, then wrote the FamilySearch and Ancestry posts.  Worked in RootsMagic with WebHints and didn't add much.  Noted that Saturday Night Genealogy Fun -- Tell Us About One of Your Grandparents posted.

*  Answered email, and worked in RootsMagic matching with FamilySearch Family Tree.  Added to the Best Of post, and took a short nap.  Resolved 280 Ancestry Hints, adding content and sources to the RootsMagic tree.

*  Went in at 5:10 p.m. to watch the Padres game, and help with dinner.  We ate, and I read the paper, and then my James Patterson book.  Padres won 5-4 over Dbacks, so now 11-5 on the season, and in first place.  Yay!!!

*  Online at 9 p.m. to read, add to the Best Of post, note that Added and Updated Record Collections at FamilySearch.org - Week of 7 to 13 April 2019 posted,
check Facebook, and write this post.  Genealogy today was 7.0 hours.
