My Genealogy Tuesday - 1 December 2015

24 shopping days until Christmas.  I haven't started yet.  This was a stay-at-home and get things done day.

*  Read email and blogs, then wrote Tuesday's Tip: Participate In or Watch the DearMYRTLE's GenTools Study Group and then wrote four posts on the Chula Vista Genealogy Cafe blog.

*  Answered email, added to the Best Of post, and checkedo ut the William White Society.  Had lunch, then worked in the garage and in the dog run.  Got things put back where they used to be.

*  Online at 12:30 p.m. to look for more Jonathan White records on Ancestry and AmericanAncestors.  Captured some and saved them.

*  Downloaded and installed the RootsMagic update, and wrote RootsMagic 7.0.8.0 Released - Adds Standard Place Name to FamilySearch Family Tree Profiles.  Wrote BCG Offers Free Webinar -- Tuesday, December 15 and set it for later.

*  No nap.  Scanned the trust pages for Lori.  Answered more email.  Checked Facebook.  Checked out Gigatrees - uploaded a GEDCOM.  Went out and worked on the backyard tumbleweeds for 30 minutes.  One more big one to break down.  Watered the plants.  Online to print CVGS Board pages, and read blogs.

*  Went in at 5:15 p.m. to watch TV, eat dinner, read the paper, and wash dishes.

*  Online at 7 p.m. to read, then worked in FamilySearch Family Tree attaching records and standardizing places for the White/Richmond line.  Worked in Ancestry on 1920 Census Hints - got 17 of them done, adding sources and content to the database.

*  Went in at 9:10 p.m. to watch the end of the Aztecs game.  They beat Long Beach State 76-72.  Online at 9:45 p.m. to try to print photos for Linda - color is messed up.  Crap.

*  Checked Facebook.  Wrote this post.  Genealogy today was 10.0 hours.
