Genea-Journal - Sunday, 28 July 2019

It cooled off a bit today - high in Chula Vista was only 73, and it was partly cloudy all day.  We still ran the fans in the afternoon.

*  Read email and blogs, then transcribed a deed and wrote the Amanuensis Monday post.

*  We left for church at 9:30 a.m.  Boring...substitute preacher was incomprehensible.  Went long too.  Home by 11:30 a.m.

*  Added to the new Best Of post, noted that Added and Updated Ancestry.com Record Collections - Week of 21 to 27 July 2019 posted.  Had lunch.  Worked on my AncestryDNA match notes a bit.

*  Went in at 1:15 p.m. to watch the Padres game, read the paper, dozed in the recliner.  Padres lost to Giants 7-6 so now 49-56 on the season.  4-11 since the AllStar break.

*  Online at 4:15 p.m. to read, noted that Best of the Genea-Blogs - 21 to 27 July 2019 posted.  Checked Facebook.  Wrote CVGS Program on Wednesday 31 July Features "The Founding Fathers" and emailed the membership.

*  Went in at 5:15 p.m. for dinner, watched TV news, and washed dishes.  Trimmed one of the rose bushes a bit.

*  Online at 6:30 p.m. to read, then resolved 244 Ancestry Hints, adding content and sources for some of them to RootsMagic.  Then TreeShared 174 profiles with the Ancestry tree, so it is now up to date.

*  Added to the Best Of post, checked Facebook, and wrote this post.  Genealogy today was 6.0 hours.
