Genealogy Journal - 01/03/09

This was not a major genealogy research day at all - some blogging and that was about it due to Tami's family being here and the Chargers game in the evening.

I was up early, and left at 7:45 for my Men's Bible study breakfast. I was home by 9:30 and played with Audrey for awhile. I read my email and blogs, tweeted once, and wrote SDGS Seminar and Luncheon Features Lloyd Bockstruck. I worked in www.liveroots.com for awhile, played more with Audrey, helped T&J pack, and we went off to lunch at Carl's Jr. - Lolo was there too. They went off towards home and we were back by 12:45 p.m. I posted World War II Heroes Pages on Footnote and then worked on the 99 Things Meme and set it to post later. I wrote my NFL Picks for the wild card games too on Randy's Busy Life. Finally, I set up the Saturday Night Fun - Census Whacking post and set it for even later. There was method to this madness...the Chargers game was on tonight!

At 3, I went in to watch the Atlanta-Arizona game, read the paper, take a nap, and get ready for the Chargers game. It started after 5 and went until almost 9 p.m. - we won 23-17 in overtime versus the Colts. At 9 I came back to the computer, read email and blogs and Facebook friends, tweeted several times, and wrote this post.

Genealogy today was 5.5 hours - 0.5 hour on email, 0.5 hour reading blogs, 0.5 hour on Twitter/Facebook, 0.5 hour on LiveRoots.com, 0.5 hour on footnote.com, and 3.0 hours writing blog posts.
