My Genealogy Tuesday and Wednesday - 19-20 June 2018

Hello summer tomorrow morning.  I'm tired of the night and morning low clouds with sunshine peeking through and having to wear a jacket to the Padres night games.

1)  Tuesday, 19 June:

*  Dropped Linda at the Y, home to read, picked her up and we went to the grocery store.  Home by 9:45 a.m.

*  Noted that Treasure Chest Tuesday -- Devier David Carringer's 1889 Birth Certificate in National City, California posted, and wrote Ancestry.com Suggests "Potential Ancestors" For your Ancestry Member Tree.  Tried to nap.

*  Don't think I did!  Had lunch, added to the Best Of post, then wrote Genealogy News Bytes - 19 June 2018.

*  Worked in the CVGS project tree searching Web Hints, and adding content and sources.  Checked Twitter and Facebook.

*  We left at 5 p.m. for the Padres game, had dinner at Tin Fish, and at our seats by 6:45 p.m.  Pads lost 4-2 in 10 innings to Athletics after a tying homer by the As with two out two strikes in the top of the ninth, and then another homer in the top of the tenth.  Drat.  Now 34-41.

*  Home by 11:15 p.m. and I didn't journal.  Off to bed.  Genealogy this day was about 7.0 hours.

2)  Wednesday, 20 June:

*  Dropped Linda off, home to read, picked her up and home by 9:15 p.m.

*  Wrote RootsTech 2014 Photos, Part 3 - Post 521 of (Not So) Wordless Wednesday, then added to the Best Of post.

*  Worked on the Descendancy presentation syllabus and got it pretty much finished - now I need to edit the presentation to add the changes from the syllabus.

*  Wrote Searching the Mayflower Families Fifth Generation Descendants Collection on AmericanAncestors.

*  Had lunch, then watched the Padres game, read the paper, and dozed in the recliner.  Padres lost 12-4 to the As and it wasn't that close - 7-0 after 3 innings, and 10-1 after 8 innings.  So we've lost 4 straight, and slumped back to 34-42 on the season.

*  Online at 3:45 p.m. to read, checked Twitter and Facebook, and checked FSFT watchlist alerts.

*  Went in at 5 p.m. to help with dinner, watched TV, put out the trash, and washed dishes.

*  Online at 6:30 p.m. to read, add to the Best Of post, and work in FSFT with the Lanfear folks.  TreeShared about 90 profiles from the past days.  Checked Facebook, and wrote this post.  Genealogy today was 7.5 hours.  And I forgot to do a Treasure Chest post - I'll do it now.
