My Genealogy Thursday - 31 October 2013

Trick or treat day -- I got a really big TREAT tonight and learned some tricks too.

*  Read email and blogs, wrote Hallowe'en Name Whacking Revisited and Treasure Chest Thursday - Birth Certificate for Frank Walton Seaver (1852-1922) in Medfield, Mass.

*  Wrote several posts on the Chula Vista Genealogy Cafe blog.

*  Put together my Death Chart and wrote My Cause of Death Pedigree Chart, and then researched and wrote Searching From within the FamilySearch Family Tree - Found a Goodie.  Added the source, media and transcription to the database for both parties.

*  Went out at 3 p.m. to mow the front lawn - got it done by 4:15 p.m.  Watched TV and had a snack, then online again to add more Fact Notes and Source Text Details to Research Notes.  didn't add many sources, but added lots of notes.

*  Ate dinner, watched TV news and read the paper.  We had about 12 trick or treaters tonight - some cute costumes on the little ones.  

*  Online again at 6:30 p.m. to read, add to the Best Of post, and worked again in the database adding Fact Notes and source Detail Text notes, especially for Probate records.  Added some sources too.  Added some source citations based on published books and periodicals.  

*  Wrote the Follow-Up Friday post tonight because Friday will be a limited genealogy day - the grandgirls are coming for the weekend.

Checked Facebook and wrote this post.  Genealogy today was 11.5 hours.

 I'm up to 36.63% (+1.00%) for citations/events and 108.79% (+3.95%) for citations/persons.
