Genealogy Journal - 10/10/08

This was not a big genealogy day - far from it, due to Lolo and baseball.

Lolo got up at 7 am I fixed her breakfast and we watched TV. I got her dressed and Linda came home from the hairdresser and took her off to the San Diego Zoo for the morning. I read my email and blogs, and posted about LiveRoots, then checked Facebook, and got ready to go out. I left at 11 for the church office, then the library for a book, McDonald's for lunch, and the bayfront for my walk with George. I stopped at the store for diapers for Lolo on the way home, and was home at 1:15.

Lolo watched TV while I tried to nap in my chair, and then we played a bit on the floor - doing artwork and putting puzzles together. I stole some time and posted about Megan's Annie Moore memorial presser. Then it was back to Lolo duty, dinner, and we watched the ball games. I got her in the bath at 6:30 and jammies by 7, hoping that she would go to sleep easily like last night. Oh no - it's 9:30 and she is still thrashing around on the bed. I've been in there lying down with her thrice so far ... she is so fun to be with, but it's a struggle sometimes. She goes home on Saturday... so maybe I can get back to genealogy.

Genealogy today was only 3.0 hours - 0.5 hour doing email, 0.5 hour reading blogs, 0.5 hour on Facebook, and 1.5 hours writing blog posts.
